These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of applications and services developed and operated by Washington Appz ("we," "us," or "our"). By using any Washington Apps product or service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Washington Apps products or services, you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
2. Description of Services
Washington Appz develops mobile and web applications for general consumers and business clients. Our services include, but are not limited to:
- Consumer-facing mobile applications (iOS and Android)
- Web applications and dashboards
- B2B software solutions and workflow tools
- API integrations and backend developer tools
- Internal business productivity applications
Services may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.
3. User Accounts
Some services require an account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- All activity that occurs under your account.
- Promptly notifying us of any unauthorized access.
You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from our applications.
- Interfere with or disrupt the security or performance of our services.
- Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or harvest data from our applications without written consent.
- Impersonate another person or entity.
5. Google Services Integration
Certain features of our applications integrate with Google APIs (including Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Slides). By using these features, you authorize Washington Apps to access your Google account data as described in our Privacy Policy and as permitted by your Google account settings. You may revoke access at any time through your Google Account permissions.
6. Intellectual Property
All software, content, designs, and materials provided by Washington Apps remain the property of Washington Apps or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our services for personal or internal business purposes only. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership rights to our intellectual property.
7. Third-Party Services
Our applications may integrate with or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of third-party services. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Washington Apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Washington Apps and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of our services or your violation of these Terms.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
12. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after revisions are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of California.
